Very nice place along the marsh walk. You know it is good because it is always busy. It is a big place and the wait moves quickly.
They have a salad bar which is included with the meal. I loved my maui maui and the scallops. So good.
Love the kids pirate hats they give them so much fun this place is.
Enjoy. -

Hit the jackpot! Huge, sweet oysters and Drunken Jack's sampler: bacon wrapped shrimp, sea scallops, tender beef tips, and meaty crab balls!
Not only excelkent , tasty food; but also, nice, efficient staff. Right on the Murell's Inlet, as well!
2 pm is a goid time; no wait. Definately will return. -

Drunken Jack's was a surprise lunch stop after driving around Myrtle Beach area for days taking promotional videos of the area. The views are great from both outdoor and most indoor dining. The hush puppies are award winning and the fluffy creamy butter that accompanies it was a hit amongst the table dwellers. Nice place on the water to have dinner and spend a few hours with outdoor activities for all ages available alongside other restaurants.
Pro Tip: this place is pretty hopping so be prepared for a wait at night. Order some hush puppies, but be prepared to have a monstrous belly after the meal. -

Picking a place to meet a group in Murrells Inlet can be tricky with all the restaurants and bars there especially if your not too familiar with the area. This place kept popping up in searches so we ran with it. It was a 45 minute wait so we put our name in while we waited for the rest of our party. We then went to the downstairs bar in need of an islandy drink. There was no wait for outside seating and that's what we preferred so we went with that. We got some apps and they were good, your average bar fare, but they did have a wide selection of seafood as well. The server was a little spacey but nice and apologetic upon realizing. The atmosphere is great with an awesome view. It's a pretty solid choice overall.

My family with some young kids loved this restaurant. The bar area for waiting is quick and roomy, okay for kids. All dishes were great (crab soup, fish, shrimp), except I'd recommend fish of day instead of standard fried cod. Salad bar was nostalgic and very clean. Super friendly and attentive waitress and staff. Enjoyed a walk on the pier afterward.
